This enhancement to the care and administration of the parole division of Harris County Corrections will mean faster, easier tracking of medications and medical services provided to the over 450 probationers currently in the system. In April of 2008 Harris County Adult Probation and Parole division began implementation of the CorEMR system. CorEMR allows probation officers and medical staff appropriate access to inmate records to ensure proper utilization of medical services.
